Construction Project Manager

Construction Manager: Multifamily Development & Special Projects Location: San Mateo, California Salary Range : $140,000-180,000 + bonus potential Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office) with site visits required Employment Type : Full Time Our Select. Leaders Client is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multifamily development, renovation, accessory dwelling unit (ADU), unit conversion, and special construction projects across its residential portfolio.

This individual will serve as the owner's representative throughout the project lifecycle, managing projects from due diligence and preconstruction through permitting, construction, inspections, turnover, and closeout. The Construction Manager will partner closely with contractors, consultants, property teams, municipal agencies, utilities, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with applicable codes and quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong construction expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects while proactively identifying risks and communicating project impacts to stakeholders.
