Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Special Knowledge, Skill or Ability Demonstrate leadership ability to effectively lead and support students/participants in a learning environment. Ability to teach manual and/or CNC operator skills at novice through advanced levels. Ability to educate and demonstrate technical skills through effective lecture, hands-on instruction, and skills demonstrations.

Ability to apply sound reasoning and problem-solving skills in instructional and classroom situations. Ability to observe, recognize, and interpret participant performance, learning needs, and classroom situations. Ability to evaluate participant performance and provide appropriate feedback and guidance. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated integrity and satisfactory personal conduct. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students/participants, coworkers, and others. Reliable, dependable, and punctual attendance. Experience: Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in CNC machining or related field. Please apply online at www.
