NOW HIRING: Line Cooks We'd like for our Team Members to have: Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.

Skills: Proficiency in culinary techniques (grilling, sauteing), strong communication, time management, and the ability to multitask. Previous casual dining restaurant experience. Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, season, and cook food (meats, sauces, vegetables) using various methods like grilling, frying, and sauteing.

Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations. Consistency & Quality: Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plate presentation specifications. Operational Efficiency: Work quickly and effectively to manage high-volume production during busy shifts. Inventory & Safety: Monitor stock levels, handle food safely, follow FIFO (First In, First Out) methods, and manage waste A current Florida Food Handlers Card certification, or you will need to get one within 60 days of hire.
