Senior Officer to Assistant Manager, NPL Management & Collections (Card & Loan)

Job Responsibilities

Track delinquency trends of credit card/unsecured loan portfolios Liaise with debtors regarding repayment s chedule negotiations and debt-restructuring arrangements Optimize collection workflows using behavioral scoring and segmentation Manage external collection agencies and legal partners Generate MIS report on recovery rates, roll rates, and provision coverage Handle administrative tasks and execute ad hoc projects as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Degree Holder or above in Finance, Risk Management, or related field 2+ years in credit risk management, collections, or NPL resolution for retail banking products (credit cards/personal loans) Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin Immediate availability is highly preferable Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.
