Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Details: Salary Range: $85000.00 - $100000.00Salary/year, Job Shift: Full-time, The ITD Group is hiring full-time, fully remote BCBAs to serve families across Georgia via telehealth. NO RESIDENCY RESTRICTION — work from anywhere in the U.S. The only requirement is an active Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and write treatment plans via telehealth
• Provide remote supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Lead parent/caregiver training
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming Schedule: 40 hours per week — 28 billable hours minimum, with remaining time for documentation, treatment planning, supervision, and team collaboration.

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing

• Comfortable delivering ABA services via telehealth and supervising RBTs remotely Qualifications:
