Job Purpose and Impact The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform routine occupational health care activities. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical care, assist in the evaluation and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses, support employee health and well-being, deliver health and wellness training and education, coordinate employee health services, and ensure compliance with occupational health programs and regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities Assist with occupational health programs. In accordance with established procedures, conduct our safety and ergonomic training and administer the basics of drug and alcohol programs. Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables. Under general supervision of a registered nurse, treat, evaluate and assess employee illness or injury to ascertain medical direction.

Help develop, formulate and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives. Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned #LI-DT1 Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kansas or active multistate Compact LPN/LVN license.
