Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities. Help with personal hygiene and dressing. Aid with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises. Provide additional patient care as needed. Monitor food intake and dietary needs. Track vital signs and health indicators. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Qualifications Education: High school diploma/GED. Certification: Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA). Experience: Hands-on care experience, such as home care. Skills: Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines. Excellent communication skills. Capability to work with minimal supervision. Compassionate, respectful, and ethical in care delivery.
