Role: Bar Staff Pay: Up to £13 per hour + Tips Job Type: Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Location: The Boathouse, 9 Quay Road, Christchurch BH23 1BU Job Description: We are looking for experienced, customer focused Bar Staff to join our busy waterside restaurant and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service to our customers.

Your job role will include:

• Working well under pressure to serve customers at a fast, efficient pace.
• Providing a friendly and positive guest experience.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers.
• Serving customers at the bar, entering drinks on to the till system and cash handling.
• Preparing ticketed drinks for our guests in the restaurant.
• Using the coffee machine
• Barista style.
• Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.
• Constant up keep and cleanliness of the bar.
• Stock up.
• Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers. Please check that you are able to travel to the location before applying for the role.

What we are looking for

• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evening, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience working behind a Bar
• Excellent team player
• Good verbal and written English.
• Strong initiative and being proactive.
