Acquisition & Growth Intern

Responsibilities

Generate leads via research, online tools (e.g., LinkedIn). Cold call and email potential clients to introduce our Job Portal. Clearly communicate value propositions and handle objections. Develop strong client rapport and maintain communication records. Learn and apply negotiation skills to secure client interest. Gain pre-sales and post-sales exposure.

Requirements

Pursuing/completed Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Good negotiation skills or aptitude to learn. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive. Basic computer proficiency.
