Retail Sales Associate Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Regular routine attendance is required Prior experience retail customer service roles, sales Proficient with computers; Microsoft office, Excel, word Adept at mathematics Ability to multitask effectively Able to work well individually or within team setting Above average communication and problem-solving skills Goal-oriented with proven ability to get results Ability to lift to 50 LBS.
