Certified Surgical Tech - Lead

The Lead Surgical Technologist (Service Line Lead) serves as a clinical and operational leader within Surgical Services, partnering with the Charge Nurse to ensure case readiness, efficient workflow, and high-quality patient care. Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned specialties, the Lead CST supports staff education, maintains surgeon preference cards, assists with staffing and resource planning, promotes quality and safety initiatives, and collaborates with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to optimize surgical operations while maintaining an active clinical role in the operating room.
