On-Site Community Sales Manager – New Home Sales Valor Communities is seeking experienced, licensed real estate professionals to join our Birmingham sales team as On-Site Community Sales Managers . This position is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working directly with buyers, building Realtor relationships, generating new business, and guiding customers through the new-home buying process from first visit through closing.

Our successful Community Sales Managers are self-motivated, organized, coachable, confident asking for the sale, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include

Represent and sell homes within an assigned Valor Communities community Welcome prospective buyers and identify their needs, priorities, timeline, and purchasing goals Present model homes, inventory homes, homesites, floor plans, community features, and available options Guide buyers through the new-construction sales process from initial contact through contract and closing Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain accurate activity within the company CRM Build and maintain strong relationships with local Realtors and brokers Generate business through Realtor outreach, networking, referrals, community events, and self-marketing efforts Host Realtor events, open houses, grand openings, and customer outreach activities Maintain current knowledge of available inventory, pricing, incentives, financing options, competitors, and local market conditions Professionally address buyer questions and objections and confidently ask for the sale Maintain a professional and welcoming on-site sales environment Work closely with construction, lending, closing, marketing, and other departments throughout the customer journey Qualifications: Active Alabama Real Estate License required Proven experience in residential real estate or new-home sales Demonstrated sales success and ability to develop and maintain a customer pipeline Strong communication, listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based environment Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process Strong follow-up habits and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously Confidence overcoming objections and asking for the sale Excellent written communication and attention to detail Ability to use a CRM consistently and effectively Willingness to prospect and generate business rather than relying solely on walk-in traffic Professional appearance and demeanor Weekend availability required Compensation This is a commission-based sales position with no cap on earning potential .

Strong-performing Community Sales Managers have the potential to earn $150,000+ annually , depending on individual performance, community assignment, inventory availability, and market conditions.
