Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)

Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, functional goals. Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy based on each child's clinical needs. Monitor progress and update goals, plans, and recommendations as appropriate. Educate parents and caregivers on communication strategies and home carryover activities.

Collaborate with OTs, PTs, BCBAs, physicians, educators, and other care-team members. Complete accurate, timely, and payer-compliant evaluations, notes, and reports. Maintain all required licensure, certification, and continuing-education standards. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Active and unrestricted Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license. Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a pediatric outpatient setting.
