If you’re excited about building AI-driven products from first principles, working close to real users, and solving hard data problems, this is the right place. The Role As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and shipping core parts of our platform. You’ll work across the backend and data layers, with opportunities to contribute end-to-end, from system design to production deployment.
What you’ll do: Build and scale high-performance, data-intensive backend services Work with technologies such as Python, Django, JavaScript Design and integrate AI-powered components (LLMs, RAG, intelligent workflows) Own features end-to-end, from design to production Debug, optimize, and improve system performance and reliability Collaborate through code reviews and technical discussions Who You Are A passionate engineer with a several years of experience building great products using cutting-edge technologies You feel comfortable working across the entire tech stack, with focus on backend development You’re autonomous and take pride in the code you write You’re a problem solver who’s not afraid to come up with creative solutions and think holistically about software architecture We work primarily with Python and Django.
Prior experience with these isn't required - if you have strong fundamentals and a track record in other stacks(Java, C#, Go, TypeScript, Ruby, PHP, etc.), we'd love to hear from you. Requirements
