ROLE

• Create mobile video ads for Be. Real that engage Japanese audiences at scale — grounded in local visual culture, platform-native formats, and performance creative best practices
• Become the in-market creative expert: benchmark what competitors are doing in Japan, identify what makes content perform with Japanese users, and experiment with ideas rooted in local trends
• Adapt global Be. Real creative concepts to the Japan market and develop new ones when local context demands a different approach
• Be AI savvy, from Creative production (GenAI) to productivity and Ops
• Nice to have: Understanding of how your creations perform and why — reading hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM and retention signals to iterate fast
• Contribute to transversal creative initiatives (e.g., testing new tools, formats, and production workflows)
• Work within a small creative squad alongside amazing people from diverse backgrounds, collaborating closely with the global team when needed PROFILE
• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
• Expert in After Effects — nice to have: 3D software
• Creative with a hacker mindset — you find ways to produce high-impact content fast
• Strong understanding of how creative drives marketing performance (CPI, hook rate, install intent)
• Deep familiarity with Japan's social media landscape and what makes content resonate with Japanese Gen Z and Millennial audiences
• At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role; open to more senior profiles
• Japanese native is required; professional-level English is required to collaborate with the global team
