Accountant

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Books and a strong grasp of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization. Work mode: Onsite (transitions to hybrid after 2 months) Salary: #205,000 monthly net Office Location: Ikeja, Lagos Reports to the CEO Key Responsibilities Maintain and review financial records for accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws Prepare budgets on a regular basis Monitor expenditure and profitability, providing timely financial reports Evaluate internal management systems, procedures, and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement Manage payment processing, approvals, bookkeeping, and documentation Manage business accounts and prepare financial statements Requirements HND/BSc in Accounting 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience Working knowledge of Zoho Books Strong understanding of accounting and tax regulations Professional certification in view is an added advantage Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data Residential proximity to Ikeja is highly preferred
