Deputy Chief Medical Officer

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO) executes clinical operations strategic plans and priorities and drives day-to-day clinical operations, quality improvement (QI), and regulatory compliance across HBH’s multi-site primary care network. The DCMO exercises direct oversight/supervision of Site Medical Directors and lead clinicians across health centers to align care delivery with HBH’s mission and values.

In addition to operational leadership, the DCMO maintains a reduced clinical panel to remain grounded in-patient care and the provider experience. The DCMO acts as the primary delegate and representative for the CMO in their absence.
