Responsibilities

Provide professional and high-quality service to customers, addressing their banking inquiries and transactions efficiently. Identify customer needs and proactively introduce relevant banking products, services, and digital solutions. Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.

Collaborate with internal branch teams and support units to ensure seamless operational workflow. Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies to mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse range of customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace digital banking tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational integrity.
