As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects from inception through to implementation, working closely with senior leaders and teams across the group. Key Responsibilities

Develop Business Cases: Work alongside senior leadership to create business cases that support the company’s growth and identify new opportunities for success. Provide Strategic Insights: Analyze key projects and offer actionable recommendations to help shape the business strategy and deliver on key objectives. Support Strategic Planning: Assist with long-term strategic projects, the creation of strategy papers, and the planning process to drive the company’s future success.

Drive Project Implementation: Take ownership of key strategic projects, frequently presenting to the Executive Committee (Ex-Co) to drive impactful change at all levels. Conduct Market Intelligence: Produce detailed market intelligence reports to ensure the organization is ahead of industry trends and competitors. Lead Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to inform the company’s growth strategies, identifying opportunities and risks that can influence decision-making.

Collaborate Across the Business: Provide support in areas like financial modeling, process improvements, and change initiatives to ensure cohesive growth and operational success.

Requirements

5 years of experience in consulting, with a solid background in strategy, transformation, or management consulting. A strong master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a similar field. Previous experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy or an in-house consulting role, preferably with a deep understanding of strategic planning and project execution.
