Founding Content Lead

Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we're building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands. Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.

The Mission. The Go-To-Market (GTM) team is the engine behind our global expansion. Positioned at the intersection of Sales, Product, AI Automation, and Marketing, we don't just market a tool - we build a repeatable revenue engine. The Leadership. You'll be joining a team led by serial entrepreneurs Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis.

This is their second major venture together following the successful acquisition of their previous scale-up, Search. Node, in 2022. The Culture. As an early team member, you will operate in a founder-led GTM culture. You'll be working directly with our CEO and leadership on the decisions that matter. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role designed for someone who wants to skip the corporate red tape and build a global category winner.

We're at an inflection point. Ace Waves has strong early traction and real customers, and we're entering the next phase of growth. We have a strong story to tell – what we need now is someone to tell it, and get it in front of the right people. This means you won't be starting from zero. The product is proven, the customers are real, and the results speak for themselves.

Your job is to build our content engine – turning our story, ideas, customers, and category into content that reaches the right people and pulls them in. You'll own it end-to-end, working directly with our CEO. Own the full content lifecycle: strategy, ideation and production Drive distribution and reach, not just publishing Own and manage the content budget Produce content across formats and channels Build and grow our owned channels and audience Own and develop our content voice and tone Uphold consistency, clarity, and quality across all content Partner with the GTM and product teams on content creation Optimise content for search and AI discovery 5+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing with a sales-led GTM motion Background in a fast-growing tech startup Distribution-first: you own how content reaches people, not just how it’s made A network you can activate to get content seen A hands-on creator who has built a content engine You come up with original ideas, not just run the standard playbook Excellent written and spoken English Proof your content drove leads or pipeline, with a portfolio to show it Experience in customer service, customer support, or the CX tools space Background in conversational or agentic AI You've built your own passion project and an audience for it Compensation depends on location and experience.

We benchmark to the local market and will discuss the compensation package early in the process. We are a hybrid team based in Kaunas, with growing hubs in Vilnius and London. However, for this role, location is flexible. We are fully open to remote collaboration from anywhere within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), and remain flexible in considering on-site, hybrid, or fully remote models depending on what works best for you.
