Studio Leader - Healthcare

The Studio Leader is responsible for the performance of the Healthcare Studio in the areas of promoting the NELSON values and culture, resource management, project delivery, quality, and financial performance. They are responsible for business performance – revenue, profitability, design and technical for practice area within their market, region, and service area.

The Studio Leader strengthens client relationships and supports performance, creates a work environment where Teammates are engaged, excel in their abilities, and clients receive superior service. Strong background in A&D, within one or more of the following project types: Hospital and Medical Centers, Medical Specialty Facilities, Physician(s) Offices, Medical Realty Developers is required.

Architecture license is preferred.
