General Manager

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant. You'll oversee all restaurant functions—staff, sales, operations, customer experience, marketing and P&L. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to build a high-performing team and drive business results. You'll be the face of the restaurant, responsible for its success and culture.

Pay: $65000 - $85000 per year

Requirements

Lead daily restaurant operations and oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house execution.; Manage shift scheduling, staffing needs, and labor control to meet performance targets.; Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service and quality standards.; Ensure guest experiences are consistent by monitoring service, speed, and accuracy.

; Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all health and regulatory requirements.; Oversee inventory control, receiving, and ordering to minimize waste and control costs.; Handle daily sales reporting accurately and on time.; Communicate clearly with the kitchen and service teams to keep operations running smoothly.

; Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate concerns when needed.; Support hiring, interviews, and performance feedback to keep the team strong.
