Solution Specialist
Job description
The Solution Specialist role supports the local business unit by working within the existing client base while supporting the regional sales team on strategic projects that develops new client base. He / She will estimate mechanical jobs for small to mid size opportunities and retrofits. The Solutions Specialist accurately estimates labour and material job costs and provides technical support and advice to Sales and Operations teams.
He /She acts as external liaison working with clients and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction as directed.
