Bookkeeper with QuickBooks

We are looking for a Bookkeeper with a strong knowledge of QuickBooks to support our financial department. The responsibilities include processing payments, updating financial records, account payables/receivables, and managing invoices. You should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software.

A top-notch candidate should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards. WE WILL REQUEST A VOICE NOTE FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS. ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION.

Responsibilities include

Collecting and reviewing data for reports. Invoice Management. Register vendor's bills. Preparing payments. Reconciliations Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction. Skills required Advanced English knowledge: Experience in Commercial Construction Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks projects (This is a must).
