Job description
The ALL Family of Companies, one of the largest privately owned crane rental and sales enterprises in North America, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our in-house Legal Department at our corporate headquarters in Independence, Ohio. This position offers an attorney with approximately 4-6 years of experience the opportunity to develop a broad in-house practice while working directly with senior attorneys and business leaders across a large, multi-state organization. The Corporate Counsel will be a member of a collaborative legal team and will work closely with the General Counsel, Director of Risk Management, and other members of the Legal Department. The successful candidate will handle matters independently within assigned areas while also assisting senior attorneys.
