The next step in your career starts here… Permanent full-time position Base salary + annual bonus + tool of trade vehicle At the Coates Campbellfield Branch , our Hub Manage r performs a highly valued and critical role, leading a team of customer service and workshop professionals to safely deliver outstanding service to our customers.

In this role you will be accountable for the overall performance of the branch, with a focus on safety, customer service, fleet utilisation and financial outcomes. Success in this role comes from leading and developing a high-performing team, building strong customer relationships and delivering strong operational and commercial results.

What you'll be doing Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers. Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty. Deliver the best outcomes for customers through effective quoting, hire agreements and service solutions. Oversee asset management and optimise asset value through availability, utilisation, maintenance and lifecycle decisions.

Own branch P&L performance, managing revenue, costs, margins, budgets, forecasts and corrective actions. Drive effective recoveries across damage, loss, overdue accounts and other chargeable costs. Apply strong commercial acumen to pricing, fleet deployment and customer decisions to deliver profitable growth and strong financial outcomes.
