• Columbia, SC, Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00, Job Shift: Any, Currently hiring: Precision Detail Specialist (Part-Time Day Porter) Shift: M-F, 20 hours per week (4 hours/day; flexible window between 8am and 5pm) Facility type: Educational Core Responsibilities: Precision Dusting: Proactively maintain high-visibility horizontal and vertical surfaces - millwork, executive desks, conference tables, glass partitions, architectural trim and art frames. Surface Care: Safely utilize microfiber and specialized tools on delicate finishes, high-gloss wood, and electronics without causing scratches or static buildup. Occupant Interaction: Offer courteous, pleasant greetings to building occupants while working quietly and unobtrusively around meetings and phone calls. Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality in executive office environments.
