ASSISTANT COACH: MEN AND WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY AND TRACK & FIELD OVERVIEW: De. EOE POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Coach for Women’s Cross Country & Track and Field is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of recruiting, field maintenance, on-campus visits, camps and clinics.

Recruiting will consist of managing recruiting efforts, including recruiting database (Front. Rush), scheduling campus visits, emails and phone calls. Incumbent’s area(s) of coaching expertise will be utilized within the needs of the coaching staff. Incumbent will also develop and maintain a professional working relationships not only with the coaches in the Athletic Department, but also with members of the University’s Admissions staff.
