​ ​ Working Student Communications (all genders) The Hasso Plattner Foundation Established by SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner, the Hasso Plattner Foundation builds and runs its own long-term philanthropic initiatives, shaping them over decades. The Hasso Plattner Institute, Museum Barberini, and Sabine Plattner African Charities are some of our initiatives in a wide and diverse ecosystem.

An in-house Investment Office manages the endowment that makes it all possible. This role is based in Potsdam, Germany. We work predominantly in-office, by design. It's how we keep decisions fast and collaboration real. The Role We are seeking a Working Student to join our Communications team. In this role, you’ll support our team with content creation, design, and AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll gather input and create stories, make presentations, and curate our channels. A strong interest and familiarity in using AI tools to enhance communications is essential.

Your Responsibilities

Create and edit high-quality content that shows the Foundation's mission and projects, including design, copywriting, presentations, and reports Track and analyze communications KPIs, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations Use AI and automation tools to streamline communication workflows Assist in maintaining internal and external communications channels What You Bring Excellent communication skills in German and English Strong interest and ability to apply AI in communications Experience with design and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Familiarity with CMS for websites, M365, Asana, and AI (Anthropic, OpenAI) You Are...
