What You'll Do

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will: ✅ Provide medical leadership and oversight for hospice patients ✅ Manage pain, symptoms, and individualized plans of care ✅ Determine hospice eligibility and complete certifications/recertifications ✅ Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, and chaplains ✅ Provide care in homes, inpatient units, and healthcare facilities ✅ Participate in call and rounding rotations ✅ Help drive quality, compliance, and clinical excellence What We're Looking For ✔ MD or DO with an active Florida license (or eligibility to obtain) ✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible physician ✔ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills ✔ Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care ✔ Hospice & Palliative Medicine experience or certification preferred Why Choose Big Bend Hospice?
