Residential Treatment Tech for Youth

Starting Pay: $20.40/hr with scheduled raises based on performance! Additional rates for AA ($21.40/hr) and Bachelor’s degrees ($22.

40/hr). Sign-On Bonus: $500 for new hires if referred by current KV staff (paid after 6 months of full-time employment). Shift Openings: Second (1:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) and Third (11:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.) Additional shift differentials: $1/hr Mon-Thu and $2/hr Fri-Sun for 4:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Full Benefits:

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 21
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Preferred: Experience working with youth and familiarity with mental health needs Requirements: Physical Requirements: ability to sit, stand, walk, lift (5-20lbs), and climb stairs as required. May involve exposure to various noise levels and outdoor temperatures. Mental Requirements: General intelligence, effective verbal skills, and ability to perform basic arithmetic. Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet.
