Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, contract negotiations and client relationships while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, Requirements Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee contract administration, including RFPs, bid analysis, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Review construction documents and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages. Position Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M–$50M+.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, P6, Autodesk, Bluebeam).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Financial and contractual acumen.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong client-service orientation.
