Power Within Psychology is seeking a Counseling Psychologist (Part-Time) to provide psychological support through counseling sessions and to contribute to the development of skill-based mental health programs. The role involves working with individuals experiencing academic, emotional, and personal challenges while also participating in initiatives that promote mental health awareness and psychological well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct counseling sessions addressing emotional, academic, and personal concerns
- Develop skill-based counseling programs and psychoeducational resources
- Assist in designing workshops and mental health awareness initiatives
- Support the development of structured mental health content and resources
- Engage in outreach activities aimed at promoting psychological well-being
- Optionally contribute to educational or faculty roles in psychology training programs Requirements
- Strong counseling and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Empathy, active listening, and emotional sensitivity
