Marine Fiberglass Laminator/Roller

Sportsman Boats Mfg. is looking for dependable, hardworking Fiberglass Laminator to join our manufacturing team. If you take pride in working with your hands, care about quality, and want to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you!

What you will do

Laminate and roll fiberglass materials to build quality boat components Apply resin and fiberglass according to specifications Inspect work for quality and proper coverage Follow safety procedures and production standards Work as part of a team to meet production goals Learn and cross-train in additional manufacturing skills To be considered, you must have: Punctual Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast paced manufacturing environment Ability to work around dust, acetone, fiberglass, resin, and gelcoat Ability to work in a non temperature controlled environment Detail oriented Fiberglass or boat-building experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
