ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2000, and today I have a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in medical sales and later spent a few years as a claims adjuster, which ultimately led me into agency life. I hold a Business Management degree and my CHFC designation. Fitness is a big part of my life — I enjoy working out, spending time with my wife, kids, and grandkids, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
