Transportation Supervisor

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for day to day transportation operations, which include maintaining driver relations and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a Full-Time position Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday Responsibilities: Daily Load and Route Planning Load Tracking Interacting with drivers Customer Service and reporting Dispatching trucks to designated locations in a timely manner.

Work with other Terminal Managers in your area Communicating with Customer daily by phone and email Audit Billing Payroll Fleet Maintenance scheduling Qualifications: Transportation/dispatch experience is required Knowledge of DOT Regulations Computer Skills (Outlook, Windows and TMW) Excellent communication skills Must have strong Customer and Driver interaction skills The expected starting pay range for this position is $53,242.

80 - $70,990.40 annualized salary. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
