Roles, Responsibilities and Job Expectations HR Data Management Maintain and update employee data in HR systems Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all HR databases Perform regular data audits and validations to identify discrepancies and drive corrections Manage data entry related to employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, promotion, termination) Data Governance Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies Maintain data governance standards, definitions, and documentation Support internal and external audits by providing accurate HR data and documentation Monitor and enforce data security and confidentiality Data Validation Validate employee data inputs against supporting documents for completeness and correctness Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies Ensure all data changes follow defined approval workflows & controls Stakeholder Management Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams to resolve data-related issues Provide guidance on data standards and correct data entry practices Respond to queries related to data discrepancies and reporting accuracy Continuous Improvement Identify recurring data issues and recommend process improvements Contribute to the development of validation procedures, SOPs, and data quality frameworks Support initiatives to enhance data quality, automation, and reporting reliability Recruitment Support & Administration Coordinate activities for candidates & managers Maintain documentations & database Support pre/post-employment hiring activities Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics or related field 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR system or data management role Hands-on experience with Success.
