Senior Subcontracts Administrator

The Senior Subcontracts Administrator builds, standardizes, and scales the subcontracting function supporting all CBRE Government Services portfolios. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Subcontracts & Procurement, the position partners with Operations to implement consistent subcontracting processes, administer a portfolio of subcontracts, and ensure compliance with government contracting requirements and internal policies and procedures.

The role requires deep FAR/DFARS knowledge, strong subcontract administration experience, structured change-management capability, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. As the first point of escalation, the position provides decisive guidance to subcontract administration staff and helps resolve issues quickly and effectively.
