Maintenance Lead

Role Requirements & Experience Targeting 5–7 years of maintenance experience within food manufacturing . Familiarity with packaging machinery is important. Encapsulation experience is not required and can be taught. 2+ years of leadership and training experience (team size of 3+). Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solve mechanical breakdowns , not just repair symptoms.

Cultural & Communication Expectations Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and navigate adversity constructively. Strong mechanical aptitude paired with high communication awareness . Able to communicate clearly across all levels—from Operators to Senior Leadership. Demonstrated team orientation with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally (Quality, EHS, Operations, etc.)
