Militello Painting and Powerwashing is seeking an EXPERIENCED POWER WASHING LEAD to lead their crew in cleaning the exteriors of residential and commercial properties, either for stand-alone projects or preparation for our paint crews. • Power washing/Soft washing experience is a MUST !
• Know the in’s and out’s of power washing technology, techniques (ie. down streaming, soft washing, etc.) and chemicals used
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work independently on and lead a team on high-volume projects
• Efficiency and effectiveness
• Punctuality and reliability
• A love for serving others
• Professional appearance
• Must be able to safely lift over 60 lbs and carry ladders COMPENSATION Competitive starting rate of $19.00/hr with an earning potential of up to $23.00+/hr for top performers based on our performance pay structure BENEFITS/PERKS
