QA Lead

QA Lead Location: Austin, TX Job Description We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA Automation, with hands-on experience in Automation frameworks and .NET technologies. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products, and mentoring a team of QA engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the QA team to deliver high-quality software releases. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry best practices. Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Design and implement QA strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify, document, and track defects and work with developers to resolve issues. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers. Continuously evaluate and improve automation frameworks and tools.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Proven experience in QA Automation and Automation frameworks. Strong knowledge of .NET technologies and experience testing .NET applications. Experience leading QA teams and managing testing projects. Proficiency in writing and executing automated test scripts. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools such as Selenium, NUnit, or similar automation tools. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams. Experience with performance and load testing.
