Distribution Center Associate

Part-Time Warehouse Worker (Occasional Full-Time Hours!) Seeking: DC Associate to join our team in Plant City, FL First Shift Hours! No Overnights! Regular part-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Occasional full-time coverage may be required, with hours from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, based on business needs. Job Description The Distribution Center Associate reports to the Distribution Center Manager and is responsible for completing the day-to-day operational functions of stock control, receipt, storage, and retrieval of product, helping to ensure the timely and accurate shipment to IPS customers.

The DC Associate works under the administration of the DC Manager and is to complete all duties and responsibilities assigned efficiently and accurately. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of warehouse/production experience and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; experience loading and unloading trailers, processing orders, and meeting productivity goals.

Must have forklift and RF Scanner experience. Safety shoes required. Lead/Supervisor experience is preferred but not required.
