SALES ASSISTANT Doha, Qatar

• Full-Time Al Khanji Enterprises is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide professional assistance. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Assist with product displays, stock arrangement, and store organization. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information. Support sales activities and help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Assist with billing, payments, and other sales-related duties when required. Maintain cleanliness and an organized sales area. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor. Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations. Ability to work well as part of a team. Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
