Kenney Industriesis looking for a hands-onManufacturing Engineer to join our team.

We're seeking someone with machine shop experience who understands manufacturing processes and is proficient with Mastercam and SolidWorks.

If you're dependable, detail-oriented, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and improve manufacturing and machining processes

• Use Mastercam and SolidWorks

• Reverse engineer parts

• Review customer drawings and prints

• Design processes, fixtures, and tooling

• Quote and plan new jobs

• Support machining, sheet metal, welding, and assembly operations

• Help troubleshoot production and manufacturing issues

• Manage projects from planning through production

• Support quality, cost, and production goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine shop experience

• Experience with Mastercam and SolidWorks

• Knowledge of machining, tooling, and fixturing

• Understanding of lean manufacturing and process improvement

• Strong attention to detail

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
