Position Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative , you’ll be the voice of Tax. Slayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary Maintain accurate customer records in the support system Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs Meet performance goals for response time, satisfaction, and quality Stay informed about Tax.
