Job description
The key duties of the post are as follows: -
- Producing all invoicing in a timely manner as per contract
- Posting all payment receipts in timely manner and allocating the same
- Confirming payment receipts to clients
- Following up for payment by sending payment reminders
- Cancelling the bookings in the event of non-payment as per procedures to avoid any exposure to company
- Following up for Credit Card Authorisation forms with clients
- Help in reconciliation tasks as per supervisor's instructions Requirements 0-2 years of work experience Good English communication skills Good in MS Excel Process driven, Energetic and Enthusiastic Quick learner and ability to think logically Committed for long term employment Takes ownership of processes assigned Reports to manager with transparency – no surprises Efficiently manages task planning and scheduling Stays on top of to do list
