Unarmed Site Supervisor – Winder, GA Location: Winder, Georgia Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Employment Type: Contractor Compensation: Starting at $19.50 | Paid biweekly Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Unarmed Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead by example, and ensure the highest standards of professionalism and performance across all security shifts.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of security supervision or site leadership experience Must pass a comprehensive background check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to coach, correct, and lead officers professionally Strong understanding of security operations, post orders, and incident response Highly organized , detail-oriented, and solution-driven Physically capable of patrolling, responding to incidents , and remaining active on duty Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Must be authorized to work in the U.

S. and complete onboarding as a W-2 employee Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all shift supervisors and officers Ensure full staffing coverage through proactive scheduling and communication Train, mentor, and onboard new officers according to site protocols Conduct uniform and performance inspections across all shifts Review daily activity reports, incident logs, and documentation for accuracy Address attendance and performance issues in alignment with company policy Oversee timekeeping and hours reporting to ensure payroll accuracy Conduct routine site inspections and quality control audits Respond to emergencies and call-outs to coordinate coverage Participate in leadership meetings and communicate updates between officers and management Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of operations Ideal Candidate Profile A true leader who leads by example, sets clear expectations, and earns respect Emotionally disciplined and able to correct issues with fairness and composure Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve problems early Motivational, supportive, and firm when necessary Dependable, consistent, and accountable – the team can rely on you Takes pride in team success and maintaining operational excellence Schedule & Compensation Full-time, Monday–Friday (6 AM – 4 PM) Biweekly pay with opportunities for advancement based on performance and reliability Please Do Not Apply If: You lack security supervisory or leadership experience You are uncomfortable managing or correcting others You are seeking a passive or stationary post You cannot consistently show up or take initiative to solve problems
