Job Summary

The Intake/Property Officer is responsible for maintaining the custody, care, and control of detainees during intake, classification, and release processes. This role coordinates detainee processing, conducts interviews, manages records, and ensures compliance with facility policies and procedures. The officer works closely with law enforcement agencies, courts, attorneys, probation and parole offices, medical staff, and the public while promoting a safe, secure, and efficient correctional environment.
