Brand Activation Manager

Crayola is seeking a Brand Activation Manager to join its team in Easton, PA. This role will help bring the Crayola brand to life by developing and executing integrated marketing activation strategies that drive consumer awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion across key products, seasons, platforms, and brand initiatives.

The Brand Activation Manager will collaborate closely with sales, shopper marketing, digital, global marketing, agency, and other cross-functional partners to translate consumer and marketplace insights into impactful campaigns, manage activation plans and toolkits, support retail marketing programs, and evaluate performance and ROI
