Local Class A CDL Driver

Join the Growing Team at MC Septic!!! Maxwell Septic is expanding, and we're looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team as a LOCAL CLASS A CDL DRIVER. In this essential role, you'll be driving Roll Off/Dumpster and Septic Trucks. You will be responsible for moving Dumpsters from one location to another and at other times servicing and maintaining Septic Tanks, which requires digging and lifting.

Starting Pay: $21 per hour, based on experience, plus Bonus What You'll Do: Deliver and pick up Dumpsters and related equipment at job sites, events, and customer locations Service Septic Tanks Perform minor repairs and maintenance on units and equipment as needed Maintain route documentation and provide feedback to optimize routing and efficiency Follow all safety protocols, transportation laws, and company policies Occasionally assist with moving materials, supplies, or other team members Weekend and evening work may occasionally be needed Perform other related duties as assigned What You'll Bring: Valid Class A license and a clean driving record Tanker Endorsement preferred, NOT REQUIRED Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently and follow procedures without constant supervision Good communication skills to interact with dispatch, customers, and team members Experience with or willingness to learn how to operate units and trucks Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 75-100 pounds Able to stretch, pull, climb, and crawl as needed to access units Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to stay alert and focused while driving for long periods Willing and able to work around strong odors and waste What We Offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D Voluntary Life and AD&D Coverage Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Accident and Critical Illness Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status and must be legally eligible to work without current or future sponsorship.
